The express industry has developed rapidly in our country. Express industry is not only closely related to the people living, and it becomes the electronic commerce physical distribution of the main way. But sometimes it has problems such as low service quality, claim. This paper studies the various express industry, put forward to strengthen government supervision, guidance to the enterprises pay attention to the sustainable development and introduction of express delivery of professional way to improve the service level express industry and market competitiveness.%当前我国快递业发展迅速，快递行业不仅与百姓生活密切相关，也成为了电子商务实物配送的主要途径，但快递业存在速度慢、服务质量低、索赔难等问题。文中通过对夺命快递事件的回顾，研究了快递业的各种乱象，提出了加强政府监管，引导企业注重可持续发展、引入快递专业人才等办法来提高快递业整体服务水平和市场竞争力。
