This paper uses data-driven analysis to analyze the civil aviation security characteristics of countries along the"one belt and one road". First, the DMV model analysis method applied to the national civil aviation security features along the"one belt and one road"was proposed for the"one belt and one road" ; secondly, multi-dimensional analysis was conducted through 716 civil aviation security incidents in 2016, and the analysis conclusions were obtained and the analysis results were obtained. Visual processing; Finally, based on the results of the characteristics of the analysis proposed related security measures.%国家民航安保是"一带一路"发展战略的重要内容,利用2016年全年度国际民航安保信息数据,采用概率统计与数据科学基础理论与方法,对"一带一路"沿线国家民航安保特征进行分析,有助于促进"一带一路"沿线国家民航安保防卫.首先,针对"一带一路"沿线国家民航安保特征分析提出DMV模型分析法;其次,运用此模型分析法对2016年全年度发生的716起国际民航安保事件进行多维度统计分析,发现印度与中国是沿线国家安保事件主要发生国,1月、6月、7月是主要发生月,航空器是主要发生地,男性事件占比近达78％,虚假信息类事件是主要安保事件类型.最后,依据特征分析结果从技术、规章、培训三个层面提出安全建议,技术层面利用先进科学设备进行安全防范,规章层面基于法律视角制定与颁布相关法规、规章、标准,培训层面针对机场与机组人员从备技术、安全思维、责任意识角度进行针对性培训.
