基于多重多元线性回归模型的京津冀物流产业发展影响因素分析

         

摘要

考虑到全国各地区物流产业发展的不均衡,首先对各地区物流产业发展的面板数据进行聚类分析,然后针对同类别具有相同特征的区域,进行多重多元线性回归分析,以探究京津冀物流产业发展的影响因素.研究发现,影响铁路运输量的共同因素有:一级和二级等级公路里程、铁路和公路运货量,但公路货运量和一级等级公路里程对京津与河北的影响是相反的;影响公路运输的共同因素有:一、二级等级公路里程、批发与零售,但批发与零售影响京津二地与河北省的作用正好相反.得出河北省紧跟京津两地步伐的途径之一是解决批发与零售市场的物流运输,即对于批发商品采取铁路运输;对于零售商品采取公路运输.%Considering the uneven development of logistics industry in various regions of the country, first, cluster analysis of panel data of logistics industry development in each region, and then carry out multiple multivariate linear regression analysis for regions with the same characteristics in the same category to explore factors influencing the development of Jing-Jin-Ji region logistics industry. The study found that the common factors affecting the amount of railway transportation are: first and second level highway mileage, railway and road freight volume, but the impact of road freight volume and first-grade highway mileage on JingJin and Hebei is opposite. The common factors of road transportation are: first-class and second-grade highway mileage, wholesale and retail, but wholesale and retail influence the opposite effect of Beijing-Tianjin and Hebei province. One way toe find that Hebei province is closely following the pace of Beijing and Tianjin is to solve the logistics and transportation of the wholesale and retail markets, that is, to take rail transportation for wholesale goods.
