近年来随着共享单车的热度不断上升,骑行者对其出行权越发重视,同时也加大了步行者对出行空间的重视,文章以"街道"角度出发,引入完整街道理念,加强对以人为本的考虑,通过对现实情况的考量,提出了完整街道在规划建设方面的一系列注意要点,总结出完整街道理念在不同交通场所下的发展应用,为后续完整街道理念在我国实施提供政策启示.%In recent years, as the popularity of shared bicycles continues to rise, the riders pay more attention to their right to travel, and at the same time increase the attention of the walkers to the travel space. This article starts from the perspective of"street"and introduces the concept of a complete street to strengthen the people. Based on the consideration of the actual situation, this paper puts forward a series of attention points in the planning and construction of the complete street, summarizes the development and application of the complete street concept in different traffic places, and provides policy inspiration for the implementation of the follow -up complete street concept in China.
