以京津冀物流人才的合作流动为切入点,探讨京津冀区域物流人才流动与合作现状以及制约因素,提出依赖政府、企业、行业及社会等多方主体,通过构建协同配置机制来缩小京津冀区域经济差异,通过合作竞争机制、柔性流动机制和激励自律机制来塑造京津冀物流业环境,为京津冀物流人才的整合发展提供解决思路.%In this paper, starting with the cooperation and flow of the logistics talents in the Jing-Jin-Ji region, we discussed the current status and constraining factors of the logistics talents in the region and proposed that we should rely on the government, enterprise, industry and society as a whole to act as agents, close the economic gap in the region through building the collaborative deployment mechanism and create a good logistics environment for the region by adopting the cooperation and competition mechanism, flexible flow mechanism and incentive and self-discipline mechanism.
