基于集聚外部性理论的制造业与物流业空间协同集聚研究

         

摘要

In this paper, based on a review of the relevant literatures, we studied the formation mechanism of the spatial collaboration and clustering of the manufacturing and logistics industry in Guangdong and the Zhujiang River Delta from the aspects of traditional economic geography, neo-economic geography and economic policy, found empirically that for both the industries, the clustered growth of either one would promote the clustering of the other industry and the level of collaboration and clustering of the two was significantly less pronounced province-wide than in the Zhujiang River Delta. Also found was that the growth of the logistics service outsourcing rate had obvious positive effect on the clustering of the manufacturing industry both in Guangdong and the Zhujiang River Delta; the relative purchasing power of the consumer had obvious positive effect on the clustering of the two industries in Guangdong, however, in the Zhuajing River Delta, such effect only existed with the logistics industry, not in the manufacturing industry in any significant way;the human resources advantage didn't affect the clustering of the manufacturing industry province-wide in any significant way, however it did in the clustering of the logistics industry, but not significantly so for the Zhuajing River Delta; the improvement of the traffic and communication network conditions could promote the spatial clustering of the two industries, but not significantly in the Zhujiang River Delta; opening-up had significant positive influence on the spatial clustering of the industries, while government participation had significant positive influence;and the traditional economic geography, that is, the regional and geographical conditions of the coastal and river-side cities, had insignificant effect on the industrial collaboration and clustering in whole provincial range of Guangdong, but constituted obvious advantage in the Zhujiang River Delta.%在对相关文献进行综述的基础上,从传统经济地理、新经济地理及经济政策三个方面影响因素实证广东省及珠三角地区制造业与物流业空间协同集聚的形成机理,实证结果发现"两业"的集聚增长都会促进对方的集聚,而"两业"协同集聚彼此关联的程度在省域范围内明显小于珠三角地区.物流服务外包率增长对广东及珠三角地区的制造业集聚都具有明显的正效应.消费者相对购买力对广东省域范围内的"两业"集聚具有明显正向效应,但这种效应只在珠三角地区物流业集聚中存在,而在制造业的集聚中则不明显.人力资本优势对全省范围的制造业集聚作用不显著,而对物流业集聚存在明显的正向效应,但这种效应在珠三角地区的集聚中并不显著.交通和通讯网络条件的改善能促进两个产业的空间集聚,但这对珠三角地区来说作用不明显.对外开放对产业空间集聚具有显著的正向影响,而政府参与对产业集聚具有显著的负向影响.传统经济地理影响因素-沿海与沿江城市的地理区位条件对广东省域范围的产业协同集聚作用不明显,而在珠三角地域则具有明显优势.
