In this paper, we introduced the vendor-managed inventory practice into the military supply chain, then considering the holding and shortage cost of the military materials under stochastic demand, and built respectively a traditional and a Stackelberg-game based price subsidization mechanism coordination model, based on which, we investigated the influence of the unit shortage cost and unit subsidization parameter of the model on the coordination of the military supply chain.%将供应商管理库存（VMI）引入军事供应链，考虑随机需求下军用物资的持有成本和缺货成本，建立传统、Stackelberg博弈的价格补贴机制（MMM）协调模型，揭示协调机制中单位缺货成本和单位补贴的范围对于军事供应链协调的影响。
