In this paper, aiming at analyzing the operational and maintenance demand of the information network, we discussed the concept of process-oriented management, introduced the advanced ITIL principle as well as the elements of "human", "process" and"technology", built a process-oriented logistics center information network operation and maintenance system, and at the end, introduced the four layers of the framework of the system.%随着网络运维研究的发展，物流中心也面临着网络安全和维护的问题，以信息网络运维需求为基础，探讨了流程化管理理念，引入先进的ITIL的理念，并加入“人、流程与技术”三要素，构建了一个基于流程管理的物流中心信息网络运维系统架构，并介绍了该框架的四个层次，为物流中心信息网络运维管理提供高效品质优的服务。
