通过面板模型建立了上市物流企业资本结构和绩效之间的关系，并通过最小二乘法和随机效应模型公式对其进行了检验。结果显示，上市物流企业的规模、可抵押资产比例与资产负债率之间呈现明显正比例关系；非负债税盾、实际所得税率、盈利能力、股权集中程度与资产负债率之间呈现明显反比例关系；其成长能力与资产负债率之间没有明显的比例关系。%In this paper, through a panel model analysis, we established the connection between the assets structure and corporate performance of the listed logistics enterprises, subjected the finding to verification through the least square method and the random effect model, and reached some useful conclusions at the end.
