Starting by analyzing the commonly-seen accidents in hazardous material roadway transportation and according to the safety practice in the hazardous material roadway transportation process, the paper investigates three main behavioral barriers that could lead to unsafe conducts of the practitioners in the industry. On such basis, it proposes a safety culture support platform and suggests changing the safe production conduct of the workers by strengthening the elements of the platform.%从危险品道路运输常见事故类型的分析入手,结合危险品道路运输的安全生产实践,分析了从业人员产生不安全行为的三类主要行为障碍,在此基础上提出了安全文化支撑平台体系,建议通过安全文化平台支撑要素的建设,改变从业人员的安全生产行为,为指导危险品道路运输企业安全行为管理和安全文化建设提供了新的思路.
