In this paper, in view of the importance of modern logistics industry for the development of Baoding and in connection with the relationship between low-carbon economy and modern logistics industry, we pointed out the problems existing for the logistics industry of Baoding and, from the aspects of low-carbon transportation system, logistics information platform, 3PL, and reverse logistics system, etc., presented the strategy for the development of the logistics industry in line of the construction of Baoding into a low-carbon city.%鉴于构筑现代物流体系对于保定市发展的重大意义,结合低碳经济和现代物流业的关系,指出了保定市物流业存在的问题,从低碳交通运输体系、物流信息平台、发展第三方物流、构建逆向物流体系等方面,提出了保定市在建设低碳城市中的物流发展策略.
