In this paper, we analyzed the relationship between industrial development and urban logistics park construction, and then in the case of Xi' an, through analyzing its industrial structure and the advantage of the city in developing modern logistics parks and meanwhile pointed out the necessity of the collaborative development of urban industrial parks and supportive logistics park facilities as well as the strategy to develop the urban logistics parks.%分析了城市产业发展与城市物流园区建设的关系,以西安市为例,通过对西安产业发展的解构以及西安发展现代物流园区优势的分析,阐述了西安典型物流园区发展的策略；同时指出城市产业园区与物流园区配套协同发展的必要性,并提出了基于产业发展的城市物流园区发展对策.
