构建了成品油配送成本在三种不同产销关系下的线性规划模型,通过分析研究表明,当出现产销不平衡时,可以借助虚拟销地、产地变为产销平衡问题.并结合我国成品油配送运作的现状,提出优化成品油配送成本的策略.对降低成品油物流配送成本有重要的理论与实践意义.%The paper establishes a linear programming model of the distribution cost of finished oil products for three different relationships between sales and production, uses virtual place of sales and production to achieve a state of balance between sales and production when unbalance between the two occurs. Then through studying the present situation of China's finished oil product distribution practices, the paper puts forward the strategy of distribution cost optimization.
