This paper combed the principles of VSC-HVDC technology system structure,the main connection form,and analyzed the key technology in its development,comparatively analyzed VSC-HVDC and traditional HVDC strengths and weaknesses,confirmed the significance of its development.Finally,combining domestic and international engineering experience,this paper analyzed the development direction and its application field of VSC-HVDC and put forward some positive suggestions and ideas.%梳理了柔性直流输电技术原理、系统结构及主接线，分析了其发展的关键技术，对比了柔性直流输电与传统直流输电的优势与缺点，肯定了其发展意义。最后结合国内外工程经验，对柔性直流输电的发展方向及其应用领域做了分析，提出了一些积极性的建议与设想。
