A method of quantitative detection of the concentration of dissolved water in lubricant by grating infrared (IR)spectrum was studied.The principle of grating IR spectrum method applied to the quantitative detection of dissolved water in lubricant was presented,and methods and interference factors for detecting the dissolved water in lubricant were discussed.The results show that the grating IR with the resolution of 15 cm-1 can meet the requirements of quantitative de⁃tection of dissolved water in lubricant.Through integration of multi⁃element linear regression and SIMCA lubricants classifi⁃cation,quantitative detection on site of dissolved water in lubricant can be implemented and interferences of other pollu⁃tants can be reduced.The method of IR spectrum can greatly simplify the oil analysis process on site with less influence from environment,which can be widely applied for oil testing projects in offline laboratory and onsite.%研究光栅红外光谱法在润滑油溶解水现场测定的应用。介绍光栅红外光谱法检测润滑油中溶解水的原理,探讨定量检测润滑油中溶解水含量的方法及干扰因素。结果表明:分辨率在15 cm-1的光栅红外满足润滑油中溶解水定量检测的要求;通过多元线性回归结合SIMCA润滑油分类能够实现现场定量检测润滑油中溶解水含量,并可降低其他污染物干扰。光栅红外光谱法大大简化了现场油品分析过程,且受环境影响小,可广泛应用于离线实验室和现场油液检测项目。
