根据统计学原理,对1FT5交流伺服电机产品以顺序随机抽样为基础,对抽样数据进行统计计算,建立了1FT5交流伺服电机加工工艺系统工艺波动图,通过实际建立的工艺波动图与波动标志的对比分析,表明所制订的加工工艺方案是可行的,可为解决类似的工艺问题提供参考和借鉴.%This paper analyzes the sample data on the basis of statistics principle,and establishes the fluctuations figure in 1FT5 ser-vo motor processing system. By comparison between the real fluctuations figure and fluctuations symbols,it shows that the formula-ted processing plan is feasible. The reference is given to solving this kind of processing question.
