To improve the production efficiency of automatic production line, this paper develops a four bar reversing mechanism without motor and builds its equivalent dynamic model and uses the numercal analysis method with Visual Basic and MATLAB to do the dynamic analysis of its process and the correctness of the dynamic model and analysis method is verfied by ADAMS modeling and simulation. A theoretical basis is provided for the optimal design of the reversing mechanism.%为提高自动化生产线的劳动生产率,提出了一种无电机驱动的四杆翻转机构,建立了机构的等效动力学模型.利用数值分析方法,结合Visual Basic杆组法和MATLAB对机构翻转过程进行了动力学分析,并通过ADAMS建模仿真,验证了动力学模型和分析方法的准确性,为翻转机构的合理优化设计及进一步研究奠定了理论基础.
