SolidWorks在多点柔性夹具端部位置获取环节中的应用

         

摘要

多点柔性夹具是一种通过将夹具支撑曲面离散成单元高度可控的点阵,从而实现支撑柔性化的一种夹具.其在预装夹薄壁低刚度工件时,支撑点位置难以确定.针对这一问题,提出采用三维建模软件SolidWorks中的运动仿真插件创建基于事件的运动仿真分析法来获取支撑点的位置数据.并且与SolidWorks二次开发相结合,实现点位数据的批量读取与存储,便于计算机与PLC进行通讯.最后,将仿真测量数据与虚拟装配下的测量数据比较,分析了该方法下获取数据精度的关键影响因素,为该方法可行性提供了依据.%The multipoint flexible fixture is a kind of fixture that its support surface can be divided into height controllable mult-unit lattice, used to flexibly clamp object,It is difficult to determine its support point position when thin-walled packag with low stiffness is clamped.For this problem,this paper proposes solidworks motion simulation plug-in card which is used to create a simulation analy-sis method to acquire the data on its support points. The secondary development of SolidWorks is combined to realize data batch reading and storing, thus making the communication between PC and PLC easy. And then, the simulation measurement data is compared with the data measured from virtual assembly. The key factor affecting the accuracy of acquireing data is analyzed. The basis is provided for the feasibility of the method.
