CATIA环境下的坐标测量信息识别与获取

         

摘要

测量信息识别与获取是进行工件误差评定和测量规划的基础和前提,是智能坐标测量的关键技术之一.坐标测量信息包括公差信息和与公差关联的几何信息,结合新一代产品几何技术规范(GPS)和坐标测量原理给出了零件坐标测量信息的详细构成.给出CATIA环境下的坐标测量信息识别与获取流程,通过对CATIA进行二次开发建立了公差信息及相关几何信息获取工具,并以实例验证该工具的可行性.%Recognition and extraction of coordinate measuring information is prerequisite to error detection and measurement of workpieces.It technology is key one of intelligent coordinate measurement.The coordinate measuring information includes tolerance and related geometrical information.According to new-generation Geometrical Product Specifications (GPS) and the coordinate measuring principle,the structure of the coordinate measuring information is given out,the measuring information recogniton and extraction process is determined,the measuring information extraction tool is customized via CATIA redevelopment and then,an example is taken to verify the technology above.
