带压作业油管接箍报警系统的设计与研究

         

摘要

油管接箍报警系统能实时检测带压作业中接箍的位置,为带压作业顺利地起、下油管提供一个准确的接箍报警信号.设计了一种接箍报警系统,由接箍报警装置与油管扶正装置组成.由于接箍报警装置壳体在井中要承受高压,需要对其结构进行分析计算,将壳体建模后导入到有限元分析软件ANSYS中分析出其最大变形、最大应力值,找出其最薄弱的部位,为其结构安全性提供一些参考;接箍报警的关键是要将油管保持在井口中心的位置,设计了一个油管扶正装置,解决了带压作业中接箍报警装置的误报情况,对油管与扶正滚轮进行运动接触应力仿真分析,分析得出油管接触应力的分布情况,为以后合理选择材料减轻磨损提供参考依据.%The collar alarm system can be used in operation with pressure to detect the real-time coupling position,The accurate coupling signal is provided for lifing the tubing up and down smoothly.This paper designs a coupling alarm system.It consists of coupling alarm device and tubing centralizer.Due to the pressure to be borne in the well,it is necessary to analyze the structure of the shell of the coupling alarm device and its modeling is introduced into the finite element analysis software ANSYS to calculate get the maximum deformation and maximum stress value,thus finding out the weakest part.The reference is provided for ensuring the structure safety.The coupling detection aims at putting the tubing in the center position of the wellhead.For this,it designs a new type tubing centralizer which is used to solve the false alarm in the operation with pressure.Through simulating and analysing the motion contact stress on the tubing and righting roller,its distribution is gotten.The reference basis is provided for reducing the wear of materials in the future.
