This paper designs a online fault detection system to fulfill the online nondestructive testing of the electrial control components.The embedded technique and VHDL language are used to design the hardware and develop the software.The improved testing vector algorithm is used to increase the detection speed and fault coverage rate and improve the function of the human-machine interface and fault detection analysis.It is of perfect general-purpose and reliability,and has good prospect for promotion and application.%设计了一种在线故障检测系统,以实现对电控设备元器件的在线无损伤检测.采用嵌入式技术和VHDL语言进行了硬件设计与软件开发,通过改进测试向量算法提高了测试的速率和故障覆盖率,实现了系统良好的人机交互和电路故障测试分析功能.该系统通用性强、可靠性高,具有良好的推广运用前景.
