T-3211吸收塔简体与底封头错边结构应力分析

         

摘要

某机械厂制造的T-3211吸收塔,在发现筒体与底封头相连部位存在错变量超标后,对其进行了排焊处理.基于有限元软件,对设备建立数字模型,在此基础上应用施加在吸收塔设备表面的载荷进行应力分析.同时用电测法,应用YZ-22型静态电阻应变测量系统,测量出吸收塔设备表面的应变值,用胡克定律式计算出主应力.2种方法相比较,得出了一致的应力变化规律,证明了检测方法的正确性与可靠性.%T-3211 tower equipment manufactured by a machinery plant is taken as an example for analysis.A digital model is established,which is used to analyze the tower structure and the load exerted on the surface.The stress distribution in the region is given out,and strength evaluation is done by comparing the calculated value with the theoretical one.The safety status of the tower equipment is preliminarily obtained.The YZ-22 type static resistance strain measurement system is used in the electrometic method to measure the surface strain of the tower equipment and the principal stress is calculated by Hooke's law.The results obtained by two methods are all the same.Theoretical basis and practical reference are provided for safe operation.
