为降低除尘风机系统在启动阶段和空载工况下的能耗,在电动机前增加了SPS节能装置,分别对风机系统的驱动方式和风量的调整方式进行了研究.实施后的能耗数据对比表明,有功和无功节能率分别达到33.0％和82.2％,节电率达到29.5％.%In order to reduce the energy consumption at the start and no-load of dust-removing blower system,a SPS energy-saving device is installed before the electric motor to control the drive mode and the air volume adjustment of fan.The calculation result demonstrates that its saving rates of active power and reactive power are up to 33.0％ and 82.2％ respectively,power saving rate is up to 29.5％.
