在对国内外对涡轮增压器执行器的功能要求及对真空执行器的测试方法研究的基础上,提出了一种一次装夹,自动测试真空执行器综合性能的测试仪.仪器具有定压力下测试真空执行器的位移与定位移情况下测试真空执行器压力的能力.试验证明:该测试仪使用方便快捷,真空压力控制精确,位移检测精准,具有较大的推广价值.%Based on research on the functional requirements of turbocharger actuator and the test method of vacuum actuator at home and abroad,this paper proposes a testing instrument with the comperhensive performance,equipped with a one time clamping device and automatic vacuum test actuator.It can be used to test the pressure and displacement of the vacuum actuator under fixed pressure.The result shows that the test meter is characteristic of easy operation and accurate,vacuum pressure control and displacement detection.It is of great promotion value.
