基于ANsYs-FLUENT的圆锥破碎机润滑系统仿真研究

         

摘要

The flow distribution of lubrication oil of the circular cone crusher is mainly controlled by the size and shape of the flow path. Beacuse its rigid pipeline is not adjustable, it is very important to do the simulation research on cone crusher lubrication flow for the design of its lubrication system. This paper analyzes the causes for the poor lubrication of its lubrication system. Then, the ANSYS Workbench software is used to establish the simulation model of its flow path and calculate the flow distribution of the lubricating oil on the main lubricating parts by simulation. The flow distribution results on different conditions obtained by changing the diameter and inlet flow are compared and analyzed to provide a reference basis for the design of the conical crusher lubrication system, thus saving its research and development costs and improving its the design efficiency.%圆锥破碎机润滑系统流量分配主要利用流道管径的大小和形状来控制,且其润滑油管路大多为刚性不可调节,因此圆锥破碎机润滑流道的仿真研究对破碎机润滑系统的设计具有重要的意义.分析了圆锥破碎机润滑系统润滑不良的原因;利用ANSYS Workbench软件建立了圆锥破碎机润滑流道仿真模型,通过仿真计算得出了各个主要润滑部位的流量分配情况;通过改变流道管径,得到了不同条件下的流量分配结果,并进行了对比分析,为圆锥破碎机润滑系统设计提供了参考依据,节约研发成本,提高设计效率.
