球轴承CsALT样本分配方案仿真优化设计

         

摘要

对球轴承恒加寿命试验方案进行了优化设计.采用最大似然估计法及一种新的球轴承恒加寿命试验混合改进截尾方式,以p阶分位寿命渐近方差最小为优化设计准则,在兼顾方案的稳健性及估计精度情况下,针对等间隔多应力水平下球轴承CSALT样本分配比例的仿真优化设计问题,给出一套完善且可程序化的优化设计方案,并对6205型球轴承进行实例仿真分析.结果证明不等分配的最优方案比传统等分配方案的渐近方差要小,球轴承寿命预测精度更高.%The constant stress accelerated life test plan of ball bearing is optimized in this paper. Maximum likelihood estimation method and a new way of truncation of ball bearing CSALT are used in the optimization design. Minimum p order division asymptotic variance of the rudder′s life is taken as the design criteria. In the case of giving consideration to the robustness and estimation precision, the optimization design is given out to the ball bearing CSALT sample allocation proportion under equally spaced stress level. And the instance simulation analysis is carried out on the 6205 type ball bearing. The result proves that the asymptotic variance of uneven distribution optimal solution is smaller than one of traditional uniform distribution and the ball bearing life prediction accuracy is higher.
