客车转向架螺纹孔修复技术研究

         

摘要

The causes for the damage of the threaded hole on the passenger car bogie are analyzed. The repairing technology such as wire thread insert technique and welding and tapping technique is introduced. Although the welding and tapping technique is widely used, itˊs not real y satisfactory for threaded hole repairing. The wire thread insert technique has been introduced to urban rail transit for the threaded hole repairing, but its reliability needs further verification. Through vibration and destructive test, it is proved that the wire thread insert technique can improve the durability of the threaded hole, and the screw pairs better. Such technique can be ap-plied to the new threaded hole on the bogie.%分析造成客车转向架螺纹孔损坏的原因,介绍修复螺纹孔常用的焊堵攻丝与钢丝螺套技术。焊堵攻丝修复螺纹孔运用广泛,但螺纹孔修复质量不高,钢丝螺套技术已被引用到轨道交通行业进行螺纹孔修复,但其运用可靠性需要进一步验证,通过振动试验与破坏性试验证明钢丝螺套可提高孔的耐用性与螺纹副联接质量,为钢丝螺套技术在转向架新制螺纹孔上运用提供了可靠的依据。
