This machine mainly consists of the hydraulic propulsion system, hydraulic pressure adjusting device, cleaning device, suction device, chassis transmission de-vice etc. With motor as power source, the wire brush is drived up and down by the motor output shaft, three pul eys and the speed reducer to get the rust off, and the hydraulic system is used to offer certain initial force to the steel plate to prevent the motor from burning out and the hydraulic equipment is used to adjust the working location of the steel plate, in order to prevent the unnecessary influence at the rust removal due to its unsuited location.%大型钢板除锈机应用于厚度在10 mm~60 mm范围之内的钢板除锈。该机主要有液压推进装置﹑液压调整装置﹑除锈装置﹑吸尘装置和底架传动装置等机构组成。以电动机为动力源，动力由电动机输出轴输出，通过3个带轮及减速器的传动传输到上下钢丝刷进行除锈，利用液压系统对钢板给予一定的初始力，以防止烧坏电动机，同时还利用液压装置对钢板进行调整的工作，以防止因钢板的位置不合适对钢板的除锈造成不必要的影响。
