The dynamic mechanical properties are tested with the aid of the HOPKINSON test in consideration of the effect of strain rate and temperature rise,the fine blanking model of the plate 0.12 mm thick is simulated in the finite element software Deform and the Normalized C&L fracture criterion and structure Orthogonal test table are chosen to analyse the coupling effect between the blan-king factors. The accuracy of the simulation is validated by the experiment and the qualified parts are obtained.%在考虑大应变速率和温升效应的基础上,借助HOPKINSON试验获取材料在大应变速率、不同温度条件下的动态力学性能。在Deform软件中构建料厚为0.12 mm的薄板冲裁有限元模型,选取Normalized C&L断裂准则,构造正交试验表,研究各冲裁因素间的耦合影响规律。通过实验验证了模拟的准确性,并获得了合格的零件。
