硬质合金稀土固体渗硼工艺研究

         

摘要

Due to the strenth and toughness of cemented carbide it is widely used in industry. The boronizing process can be used to improve the hardness and wear resistance because of the hardened layer on the surface. A study of the pack boronizing process is made. The phase and thickness of the boride layer are analyzed by XRD and metal oscope. The effects of Co content, boronizing temperature, boronizing time and boronizing agent on the thickness of the boride layer are investigated. The results show that the thickness is affected by al the process parameters. RE element can activate the boronizing.%硬质合金具有较好的强度和韧性,在工业领域中应用广泛。通过固体渗硼工艺在硬质合金表面形成一层硬化层,能提高其硬度和耐磨性。对YG类硬质合金进行了稀土固体渗硼试验,采用XRD和金相显微镜观察渗硼层物相和厚度,研究了硬质合金Co含量、渗硼温度、渗硼时间和渗剂配方对渗硼层厚度的影响。结果表明,各种工艺参数均对渗硼层厚度有不同程度的影响,稀土元素具有催渗作用。
