以就地热再生机组中筑路机械的测控系统为例，分析其设计思想，描述了以嵌入式PLC和触摸屏两部分为核心的硬件配置设计和基于IEC61131－3编程标准的Codesys软件设计；采用模块化思想对该筑路机械的测控系统进行了分类，并在CAN总线报文设计的基础上实现了监控数据的交换。对该系统进行现场调试，并根据调试现象及数据对测控系统做了相应的验证，调试结果证明测控系统基本达到了设计目的，满足筑路机械智能化的需求。%This paper mainly focus on the application of Geothermal regeneration technology in China,Analyzing the design idea of the measurement and control system in a road machine. Having a description of hardware design consists of embedded PLC and touch screen and software design based on Codesys;Classifying the system of measurement and control using modularization and achieving message exchange by CAN-bus.The practice and data obtained from factory has proved that the system is reliable in op￣eration and meet the need of intel igent.
