磁流变液保险机构是将磁流变液随磁场变化流态可控的特性成功应用其中的一种新型保险机构,其延期解除保险时间模型的建立尚不成熟。基于流体动力学提出了合理的磁流变液保险机构的延期解除保险时间数学模型。通过试验与流场仿真分析表明:该延期解除保险时间数学模型与机构试验、仿真结果误差均<13%,为磁流变液保险机构延期解除保险时间的准确预测提供了理论依据。%The Magneto-rheological fluid safe and arming device is a new type safe and arming device which the magneto-rheological fluid control able rheological behavior is applied to in magnetic field. However there is not a good calculation method on the delay ar-ming time, a reasonable hydrodynamics model of device is built based on the fluid dynamics. Experimental and simulation results show that the error of the model of delay arming time is less than 13 percent, and the theoretical basis is provided for estimating ac-curately the delay arming time.
