基于Pro/E与ADAMS的槽式太阳聚光器的联合仿真

         

摘要

The methods and steps of the united simulation by the 3-dimension modeling software Pro/E and the dynamic simulation&analysis software ADAMS are introduced. The virtual prototype model of the trough solar concentrator station is established, and the kinematics simulation is done, the reliabilily of the model and the feasibility of the united simulation by Pro/E and ADAMS are demon-strated. Virtual prototype technology can be used to improve the design efficiency and reduce the design risk, costs of product devel-opment and shortening development cycle. It proposes a convenient co-simulation scheme for mechanical-electrical-hydraulic cou-pling system.%介绍了三维设计软件Pro/E和机械系统动力学仿真软件ADAMS两者之间联合仿真的方法与步骤。建立了槽式太阳聚光器的虚拟样机模型,并对其进行了动力学仿真,验证了模型可靠性和Pro/E与ADAMS进行联合仿真的可行性。运用虚拟样机技术,可以提高设计效率,降低产品开发成本和设计风险,缩短产品研发周期,为后续复杂机、电、液一体化的仿真分析提供了一种便捷的联合仿真方案。
