单缸油压机Y9025型2500 t液压纵梁成形压力机的立式液压缸，在工作过程中由于两单向阀之间会形成一个闭死容积，致使液压缸内压力增大，造成瞬间泄荷，引起液压系统的剧烈振动，从而引发系统的故障发生，造成液压元件及密封装置的损坏，降低整机的使用寿命。针对这些问题进行了压力升高值的计算分析，同时对相类似的液压机型号进行阐述，最后提出了具体解决办法。%Because the vertical hydraulic cylinder of Y9025 type 2 500 T hydraulic stringer forming press forms a sealed volume between the check valves,it causes the pressure increasing in the hydraulic cylinder and the instantaneous load discharges and the severe vibration of the hydraulic system, which results in its failure, the damages of the hydraulic components and sealing devices,and shortening the life of the machine. To solve these problems,the paper analyzes the risepressure value,elaborates some similar type hydraulic models and suggests a specific solution.
