The traditional Six LuBanSuo is taken as its prototype. Solidworks software is used to change the crossed cube into the spherical shape crossed cube. According to the meshing need of the spherical shape,this paper modifies the internal meshing struc-ture,models its parts and then assembles them together to check their interferencefit.%以传统六根鲁班锁为原型，将其外观由十字立方体改为球型。设计过程以Solidworks为软件平台，基于球状外形及啮合的需要，对原来的六根内部啮合结构做了一定的修改，进行仿真建模，装配并进行干涉检查，最终完成整球型鲁班锁。
