对客车底盘出现的气囊支架开裂、下推力杆变形及下推力杆与支架连接的螺栓断裂问题进行分析，通过技术改进，提高了客车底盘的稳定性、安全性、可靠性，解决了客车底盘某些结构设计不合理产生的隐患，提高了售后服务的能力。%This paper analyzes the causes of the air bag support bus chassis cracking,deformation of thrust rod and fracture of bolts connected with the bracket under the thrust rod. Through technological improvements, the stability, security, reliability of the bus chassis are improved and some structural design unreasonable signs are solved,so the ability of after sale service is heightened.
