童车测试中的冲击试验机的研制

         

摘要

Based on the analysis and summarization of domestic and international standards,in order to get the accurate impact ve-locity specified in the international standard,this paper the designs a multi-function impact test system. On the basis of the analysis of testing machine defect,it uses the testing way that the bassinet freely starts and funs to make an impact against the wal . This way is more close to the actual working conditions. The equipment adopts the modular technology and principle of energy conversion. Its structure consists of eifting surface device, secondary impact prevention device and guiding device etc. The system can wel meet the impact test requirements in the test standards,and it also can be used to realize the scooter,niu car test,etc. Test results show that its test repeatability and test precision are perfect. It fits fighfly against the standard and it has great popularization value.%在分析归纳国内外标准的基础上,为准确获得标准规定的冲击速度,设计了一套多功能冲击试验机。在分析现役试验机缺陷的基础上,采用被测童车自由启动,冲击测试墙的方式,更能贴合实际的工作状况。该设备采用模块化技术与能量转换原理,结构包括曲面提升装置、防二次冲击装置、导向装置等。该系统能很好地满足童车测试中标准规定的关于冲击的测试要求,也可实现对滑板车,妞妞车等的测试。测试结果表明,该综合冲击系统重复测试性好,测试精度高,与标准的贴合度紧密,具有较大的推广价值。
