分析了偏光片使用上的特殊性，提出了标记各个偏光片的各种方法，并对比各种方法的优劣，设计出一种用于适用于中小型尺寸偏光片划线标记的新型夹具。夹具利用弹簧的弹力作为压力，使用油笔在偏光片上标记线条。分别对该夹具的支撑结构、运动机构、定位机构、油笔夹持机构等各部分详细设计，并且给出了夹具的装配图。阐述了夹具的工作要领、测试了工作效率。%This paper analyzes the specific use of polaroid, puts forward various methods of marking, compares their advantages and disadvantages and designs a new type of fixture suitable for smal and medium size polaroid. The spring is used as a pressure source and the line is marked on the polaroid. It also respectively designs the fixture supporting structure, motion and positioning mechanism in detail and gives the fixture assembly drawing and then describes its working point and tests its working efficiency.
