In order to solve the poor welding quality, low yield and processing efficiency of wheel-axis welding of car spinning pul ey, this paper develops a wheel-axis CNC welding machine with the high automatic control,describes its high working efficiency and its working principle and structure. This machine can be used to achieve the high welding quality and efficiency.%针对某公司汽车旋压带轮中轮与轴焊接品质差、成品率和加工效率低的问题，研制了一种功能自动化程度高的轮、轴数控焊接机床。论述了轮、轴高效数控焊接工艺、机床工作原理及其结构，机床可实现轮与轴的高质、高效、自动焊接。
