针对目前国内大部分发电厂对锅炉运行时一、二次风道内的配风情况缺乏合理的调节和监控手段,工作人员很难准确了解锅炉配风状况是否合理.基于锅炉运行特点结合WI-FI通信技术设计了一套锅炉配风无线监控系统;对锅炉运行时的风速、风温以及炉膛内气体流场情况进行数据采集;通过上位机监控软件显示并根据相应的数据控制配风调节阀的开度.通过试验验证该监控系统能够对锅炉配风情况进行实时监测及控制.%In the primary wind and auxiliary wind systems there is currently a lack of supervisory system in the most of domestic power stations. It is very difficult for the staff to exactly know the wind condition to be reasonable or not. This paper designs a wireless monitoring system to adjust the wind of the boiler and collect the data of wind speed, air temperature and gas flow field of furnace during the boiler working. The data can be displayed on the screen of the PC in the monitoring system and the opening of valve is controlled in accordance with the corresponding data. The test result verifies that this system can be used to timely monitor and control the condition of the air distribution.
