研究了采用生粉为原料进行雾化器转速对干燥产品最终含水量影响.通过以雾化器转速为影响因素,进行实验,探究了雾化器转速对干燥产品最终含水量的影响规律.结果表明:雾化器转速对产品的含水量有一定影响,随着转速的增大,产品的含水量在一定范围内降低,但转速过快会使产品的含水量有升高的趋势.%Sweet potato powder is used as testing material of spray drying to research on the influence of the rotating speed of centrifugal atomizer on moisture content(MC) of spray drying products. In the experiment, it is found that the moisture is associated with the rotate speed. The MC lowers within a certain range with the speed increasing.But when the increasing speed is out of the range, the MC maybe turn higher on the contrary.
