基于Anylogic的FMS的仿真系统研究

         

摘要

This paper introduces and analyzes the common FMS modeling and simulation method and puts forward the anylogic modeling and its simulation method.The FMS simulation model in the process of machining the shaft part is established and FMS machining process is abstracted into many modules.AnyLogic is a professional virtual prototyping environment which is used to design complex systems, including the systems in the discrete, continuous and mixed behaviors and it is also able to quickly build model and simulation irtual prototypes and the external environment of the design systems,The test proves that this method is reasonable and effective.%介绍了常用的FMS仿真建模方法,并进行了分析.提出了应用Anylogic仿真建模的方法.针对某轴类零件的加工过程,建立了FMS仿真模型,将FMS加工的过程抽象成一个一个的模块.AnyLogic是一个专业虚拟原型环境用于设计包括离散连续和混合行为的复杂系统,AnyLogic能够快速地构建被设计系统的仿真模型虚拟原型和系统的外围环境,试验证明此方法合理有效.
