某型涡喷发动机压气机结构改进

         

摘要

考虑离心力和温度的耦合影响,对某微型涡喷发动机整体式压气机进行强度分析,得到导风轮不同开孔厚度的压气机应力分布,优选压气机的设计方案.基于有限元方法,对该方案的压气机进行振动分析,得到压气机整体共振图,判断该压气机设计的合理性.%The influence of centrifugal force and temperature should be considered when the strength of the whole compressor of a micro-gas turbine engine is calculated. And then the stress distribution of compressor with different holing thickness in impeller is a-chieved. Further, the good design is selected. Based on FEA, the vibration analysis of the selected compressor is developed and the resonance figure is gotten,in order to verify the rationality of design.
