According to the characteristics and problems of the ZL50F wheel loader assembly line,this paper researches on the assembly line modeling and carries out the simulation.First,the informations of the line processes and stations are collected as the raw data needed for the line modeling.Then a simulation model is established and its operating results coincide with those of the existing production line.Finally,some adjustment solutions on the processes,stations,persons and resources are proposed based on the simulation model to achieve the optimization and balance of the assembly line.%针对ZL50F系列轮式装载机总装线生产特点及存在问题,开展总装线生产建模与仿真优化研究.首先进行总装线工序、工位情况的调研和数据采集,获取建模所需原始数据;接着根据这些数据建立生产线的仿真模型,使其运行结果与现行生产线运行状况近乎一致;最后在此仿真模型的基础上,提出工序、工位、人员以及资源的优化调整方案,并进行仿真检验,以达到最终生产线平衡优化,提高生产率的目的.
