应急泵组柴油机后脚悬置的拓扑优化设计

         

摘要

In order to improve the working condition of the rear engine support for the emergency diesel pump set,the 3D model of the rear engine support is built up by Pm/E and leaded into ANSYS Workbench Environment for topological optimization.Then the model is modified in Pro/E according to the optimization results.By analysis and comparison with the models optimized before and after with AWE's design simulation model,it shows that the weight of the rear engine support is reduced greatly meanwhile the use condition is met.%为了改善应急泵组柴油机后脚悬置的使用工况,利用Pro/E软件创建了三维实体模型,并将其导入ANSYS Workbench Environment中进行拓扑优化,根据拓扑优化结果在Pro/E中更新了模型,然后使用AWE的DS模块对优化前后的模型进行静力学分析并进行比较.通过比较可以看出,拓扑优化后的模型在满足使用条件的情况下还大幅地降低了模型质量.
