煤矿钢丝绳的使用寿命直接影响到煤矿生产的成本及安全.介绍了基于霍尔元件的钢丝绳断丝检测原理,设计了钢丝绳在线检测系统,另外,系统能够进行局部损伤和金属截面积损耗的定量评估,并产生相应的报告.%The service life of hoisting wirerope directly affects the production cost and safety of coal mine. This paper introduces the principle of the broken wirerope inspection based on Hall element and designs the wirerope on-line detection system. The system can evaluate the condition of partial damage and metal sectional area loss and produce the corresponding report.
