基于PDA的网络化工程车辆故障诊断系统设计

         

摘要

故障诊断是工程车辆维修中一个非常关键的步骤.由于车辆维修的特殊性,具有便于携带、操作简单、功能强大等特点的PDA在故障诊断中发挥着越来越大的作用.通过分析PDA硬件、软件系统和通信方式,提出了一种基于PDA的工程车辆故障诊断系统.该技术以数据库为基础,融合电子交互技术手册和虚拟仪器技术,从而达到快速诊断的目的.实验结果显示,该技术可以改善故障诊断信号的收集和各单位之间的技术沟通.%Fault diagnosis is a key step of engineering vehicle maintenance. PDA plays a more and more important role in maintenance areas, because it is characteristic of portability, easy operation and more power. Through analyzing the hardware and software systems and communication mode,the technology of fault diagnosis based upon PDA is proposed. The basic technology is on the basis of database, combined with interactive electronic technical manual and virtual instrument to diagnose the fault of the engineering vehicle quickly. The experiment results show that the technology is used to improve diagnostic signal collection and communication between different depsrtments.
