根据零件的技术要求,设计了十字决四槽磨削夹具,介绍了该夹具的结构、工作原理、定位、夹竖方式及使用方法.磨削结果验证了夹具设计的正确性,保证了工件的尺寸精度,并提高了生产效率.%According to the specification of the technical requirement parts .this paper designs the cross block grinding fixture with four grooves and introduces the fixture structure, working principle,positioning, clamping means and methods of use. Through the experiment on grinding it is proved that the design is reasonable,the dimensional accuracy of the working is ensured and the production efficienay is improved.
