混凝土泵液压系统仿真与分析

         

摘要

This paper uses the hydraulic system of concrete pump as the object of study analyzes its dynamic characteristics and uses modeling method of the power bond graphs to establish the power bond graphs model of main hydraulic system of pump,on this base transforms the power bond graphs model into the dynamic math model and then combines the dynamic equation of hydraulic system with the Simulink toolbox of engineering software MATLAB. The dynamic equations of the main hydraulic system are transformed into the simulator of Simulink. By this way,the computer simulation model of main hydraulic system of concrete pump is established,and then runs the simulator. The proper simulation rasuit is obtained by adjusting the part parameter of hydraulic system continuously. Accordingly,the available basis is provided for the system design and parameter analysis.%以混凝土泵液压系统作为研究对象,分析了混凝土泵液压系统的动态特性,用功率键合图法,建立主泵送液压系统的键合图模型,从而利用键合图模型建立起液压系统的动态数学方程组.再利用Matlab/Simulink仿真工具包建立起主泵送系统的仿真模型,并进行仿真得出仿真结果.为混凝土泵液压系统设计、参数分析提供参考依据.
