This paper introduces a basic way of measuring the position angle signal with automatic adjust-angle transformer and digital method of position signal based on C8051F040 and software design. The over sample technique is used to improve the performance of shaft angle digital conversion, so that the system is made have the characteristics of high measuring precision,high measuring speed and low cost of hardware.%自整角机输出的数字化一般采用专用模块来完成.针对专用模块价格高、输出不方便、与其他系统进行互交等问题,提出了一种基于单片机C8051F040的轴角数字转换测量方案.为了提高采样精度,采用了过采样技术,并给出了过采样技术的关键实现步骤.应用表明,该系统具有测量精度高、测量速度快、硬件成本低的特点.
